Vision of Salma Parvin

Sukhimon Memorial Islamic Institution was founded in 2010 by Salma Parvin, a visionary leader whose unwavering commitment to social justice and community development has transformed countless lives in Buniadpur and Dakshin Dinajpur.

Under her leadership, the institution has grown from a small community initiative to a comprehensive development organization, always maintaining the core principle of serving all people regardless of cast, color, or creed.

"True service to humanity knows no boundaries of cast, color, or creed. It is in giving that we receive, and in serving others that we find our purpose."

Our Journey

From a vision to reality - the story of transformation

About Our Institution

Sukhimon Memorial Islamic Institution (SMII) is dedicated to the holistic development and empowerment of individuals, families, and communities in Buniadpur and Dakshin Dinajpur.

Since our inception in 2010, SMII has been a philanthropic institution committed to the development and upliftment of society. Located beside the town of Buniadpur in Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal, we foster a culture of inclusivity with no cast or color discrimination.

We strive to be a beacon of hope for orphans, marginalized individuals, and unemployed youth, offering them the tools and support they need to realize their full potential through quality education and comprehensive development programs.

Our work extends beyond education through medical camps, teacher training programs, career counseling for unemployed youth, and physical well-being initiatives including yoga, karate, and self-defense programs.

We address the needs of poor and marginalized communities by distributing clothes during festivals and providing food during times of need, ensuring that no one in our community goes without the essentials for a dignified life.
